Michele has been working in the dental industry for over 40 years and has always loved the interaction with patients and working in a professional team environment, ensuring that patients have the best possible dental experience from the time they pick up the phone to well after their appointment has finished.
She started working at Pennant Hills Dental Centre in 1999 as a dental assistant and then was given the opportunity in 2010 to be the practice manager and she has thoroughly appreciated the challenges and experience ever since.
In 1980 she completed a dental assistants Certificate of Proficiency, Oral Health Education Certificate in 1984 and Dental Radiography in 1986 with the Dental Assistants Association of Australia.
Michele also completed a Certificate IV in Professional Practice Management in 2012 with UNE Partnerships.
Throughout the years Michele has also enjoyed going to many dental courses and seminars for infection control, implant procedures, managing emergencies in the dental practice, practice management updates, OH&S, working in aged care dental facilities and aged care manual handling.
Michele loves to spend her weekends being with her family (notably her adorable grand children) and friends, going for walks with her dog Coco and doing mosaics.
