The HESTA Aged Care Awards recognise aged care professionals who work tirelessly to improve the quality of life of ageing Australian in their homes, retirement villages and aged care facilities. Last week, The Village Dentist (our sister practice) was awarded the ‘Outstanding Organisation’ HESTA National Aged Care Award 2019 for providing preventative dental care and promoting the wellbeing of aged care residents.
Honestly, we could not be more proud to receive this award and see this as a fantastic opportunity to help raise awareness amongst the broader community for the need for proactive dental care in the elderly community.
